Abdennacer BENALI is PhD is Physics and Material Science. He did his PhD at Institute of Nanotechnology of Lyon at Ecole Centrale de Lyon in Molecular Beam Epitaxy of III-V materials on Si.

He has an expertise in growth of III-V and IV-IV materials by MBE. He also has a knowledge is process fabrication in cleanroom enivronment. He currently works as a Postdoc in the HMMBE team at CNR-IOM.
