RESEARCH THEME

“Development of instrumentation for synchrotron radiation”, within the research Project “Development and implementation of time resolved data collection techniques for X-ray Absopriton Spectroscopy experiments” Lisa Projectunder the supervision of dr. Francesco d’Acapito

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Degree in physics, chemistry, materials science, environmental science, earth science and PhD in the same disciplines
  • One or more competences among the following:
    • experience with synchrotron light
    • X-ray Absorption Spectroscopy
    • programming in one or more among the following languages (python, C, FORTRAN, LabView)
    • criogeny and vacuum technology
    • X-ray Tracing
  • Good level of English and some knowledge of Italian

 

Place of work: IOM Institute- Grenoble (FR)
Contract of one year renewable (subject to satisfactory progress).
